International Relations Office, Surindra Rajabhat University’s delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pongchan Na – Lampang, Vice President for Planning, Research and International Relations has negotiated the Memorandum of Understanding at Guizhou Institute of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry (GIVAS), Guiyang, Guizhou, China, which is mainly into animal husbandry and veterinary science, both theoretical and applied research that helps to prepare the tools related to acquiring of research grants.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pongchan Na – Lampang, the Vice President for Planning, Research and International Relations, Surindra Rajabhat Univesity had negotiated the MoU pertaining to lecturer exchange, researcher exchange and professional experience training for the students from the faculty of agriculture and agricultural industry from Surindra Rajbhat University. The negotiation went as planned, Guizhou Institute of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry (GIVAS) has accepted the terms of the MoU and both are in the process of signing the MoU.
