Guizhou Normal University’s delegation was led by Prof. Han Hui, Secretary of the Party Community, Assoc. Prof. Hu Yali, Secretary of the Party Community with the School of International Tourism and Culture and Ms. Liu Zecum, Teacher and Program Officer of International Exchange and Cooperation. We also had two distinguished guests representing Sisaket Rajabhat University, they were Asst.Prof.Dr. Assana Cherdchoo , Assistant to Rector for International Affairs and Mr. Apisit Chaiyong, Lecturer with the Chinese Program who had come to witness the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Surindra Rajabhat University, Surin Province, Thailand and Guizhou Normal University, Guizhou Province, China.
